OLT Gender Equality

Founding member AYENEW PHILLIPOS is a musician, designer, actor and dance teacher. He is OLT's musical director and set designer, as well as a lead performer.

ZERIHUN ZEMA (Ulbe) is a founding member. Oulbe has a diploma from Fura College in human resource management. He directs, acts, dances, teaches gymnastics and choreographs for OLT. He is an aspiring contestant on the "Ethiopian Idol" TV show.

Stage Manager MERID MATHEWOS is a founding OLT member. He performs, teaches and serves as purchaser and storekeeper.

Development Director KIDIST TARIKU  is One Love's newest member. She has a BA in economics and experience in marketing and radio. She is in charge of in-country fund-raising and will assist the company in strategic planning.
